Can I easily get an Italian moped/motorcycle license?

I…
- am 16 years old
- am from the US, and have a full driver’s license
- am currently living and going to school in Italy (acquiring a visa)
- do not speak very good/any Italian

I know getting a license is a hassle and I will only be here for about a year, is there any way to make the process a little easier? I really don’t need a full driver’s license.

No probs,they speak English..
