"The 28 Buell and Harley-Davidson motorcycles will first be shipped to the Motor Company’s Dominican Republic dealership organization MagnaMotors before being delivered to the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti.
The motorcycles will be used by for disaster relief and stabilization efforts in the Caribbean nation. Haiti suffered an earthquake Jan. 12, and several countries and organizations have offered humanitarian aid. The donated motorcycles will later remain as a permanent donation to the government of Haiti."

Unless they’re sold at auction and the proceeds donated, would this really help?

Haiti is an underdeveloped country with bad roads, many of which are blocked by earthquake debris. The Harleys will be completely out of their element there outside of the cities, and even there, it looks more like dual-sport country. Looks like a bonanza for corrupt public officials and the Motor Company.

I know any colors are ok for show, however, what colors are not suppose to be ran on the highways, especially on motorcycles?

I would like to get a Motorcycles license and wondering how much would it cost and approx. how long would it take to get it.

Well I don’t recommend this but I bought my first bike, drove it around the yard at the dealers and went two or three days later( the first weekend) to take the tests, both skill and written. Passed them first time, paid 5 bucks to ad the endorsement to my license and went about my two-wheeled business.

I don’t know how to do both, so if I go to a school to learn how to drive cars will it help ?
There are only schools that teach how to drive cars in my town , but there are no schools for riding motorcycles , It seems it is too easy for the rest of the people so there are no schools for it.
Or is it totally irrelevant and unrelatd and won’t help me to learn how to ride ?
Ofcourse I will learn on a manually shifted car not an automatic one.
Obviously I can’t afford to buy a car, I wouldn’t be doing this if I had the money.

they are two different animals!
if you learn to ‘drive’ a car , you have to learn to ‘ride’ a motorcycle. the mind set thinking are nearly incompatiable Riding a motorcycle with a car drivers mind set will have you in a body cast or grave before your parents know it.
find a motorcycle shop hang around do gofer work, learn from the veterns then go to a school to learn what they did wrong.
the learning curve on M/Cs is deadly.
