Probably the Hells Angels although they were originally a former Army/Air Corps squadron with that name. That’s right, the first Hells Angels were combat pilots.

The Boozefighters were established at least a year before the Hells Angels, but I don’t think they were the first either.
Yonkers and SF MC were founded in 1903 and 1904
Boozefighters – 1946
Hells Angles – 1948

Boozefighters came before the hell’s angels in the states. and btw, the actual hell’s angel’s were the 303′rd bombardment group….a squadron of b-17 bombers that served in ww2.

I believe the "Booze Fighters" motorcycle club is a couple of years older than the "Hells Angels" Motorcycle club. The Booze Fighters claim to have been established in 1946, while the Hells angels didn’t formally organize until 1948.

Characters in the Marlin Brando movie, "The Wild One" were based on members of the Booze Fighters

It’s Motorcycle "CLUB". M/C’s do NOT take kindly to being called "gangs".

The Top Hatters of which two are left may be older than the Boozefighters and they are from the same area. And that would be MC or motorcycle club.
